Hey everyone! It’s exam time soon, nooo!😦 Try not to stress out too much, here are some ways on how you can cope with the stress!
- Always think positive!
- Exercise – physical activity is one of the best stress remedies around!
- Take control with time management – do essential tasks and prioritize the others!
- Eat well – wholesome frequent snacks-like peanut butter/cheese and crackers!
- Get enough rest and sleep – performance is impacted with lack of sleep!
- Talk to someone – you trust!
- Get rid of procrastination-make a list and cross it off!
- Find time for yourself-to do the things that you enjoy!
- Ease up – on needing to do things perfectly!
- Frequent study breaks!! Laugh and be with people you enjoy!
