Hey everyone! It’s exam time soon, nooo! 😦 Try not to stress out too much, here are some ways on how you can cope with the stress!

  • Always think positive!
  • Exercise – physical activity is one of the best stress remedies around!
  • Take control with time management – do essential tasks and prioritize the others!
  • Eat well – wholesome frequent snacks-like peanut butter/cheese and crackers!
  • Get enough rest and sleep – performance is impacted with lack of sleep!
  • Talk to someone – you trust!
  • Get rid of procrastination-make a list and cross it off!
  • Find time for yourself-to do the things that you enjoy!
  • Ease up – on needing to do things perfectly!
  • Frequent study breaks!! Laugh and be with people you enjoy!
